· Implement recruitment advertising & candidate sourcing campaigns in focused markets to attract top talent and reach potential influencers, promoting the employer brand to establish as an employer of choice and attract high potential candidates
· System administrator for iCIMS, providing support to recruiters and hiring managers, ensuring that all users have the right access, the candidate workflow is configured correctly, and the system is consistently functioning as intended
· Provide training and systems support for iCIMS Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Corvirtus, Workday Onboarding, and Orange Tree Background Checks
· Project lead for all recruitment systems through the RFP, selection, configuration, integration and implementation process
· Research and resolve HRMS problems, unexpected results or process flaws
· Provide recommendations for solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements
· Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HRMS system upgrades or patches
· Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix
· Maintain HRMS system tables while documenting processes and results
· Provide training and systems support for iCIMS Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Corvirtus, Workday Onboarding, Orange Tree Background Checks
· Recommend processes & customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy
